HVAC Controls Installation Foreman
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience

QBS Controls is looking for an experienced HVAC Controls Installation Foreman to lead field crews on commercial building automation projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows controls installation inside and out.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise installation crews on commercial HVAC controls projects
- Plan panel locations, wire routing, and conduit layout from project drawings
- Coordinate daily with general contractors, mechanical contractors, and other trades
- Perform quality control on all installation work and correct deficiencies
- Track manpower, material, and schedule against the project plan
- Train and mentor installation technicians
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC controls / building automation installation experience
- Prior lead or foreman experience running a crew
- Strong ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings, submittals, and sequences of operation
- Working knowledge of DDC systems and low-voltage installation practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
