Join Our Winter Operations Team

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking pride in keeping communities safe during winter weather? We're looking for reliable and hardworking Snow Removal Operators to join our team serving the greater Cleveland area.

In this role, you'll operate snow removal and de-icing equipment to help keep parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and commercial properties safe and accessible during snow and ice events. Previous experience operating snow removal equipment and/or de-icing application equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Prior heavy equipment operation or outdoor equipment experience is a plus

What You'll Do

Snow Removal Operations

• Operate plow trucks, skid steers, front-end loaders, and other snow removal equipment
• Clear snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and entryways
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to winter weather events
• Deliver quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction

De-Icing Operations

• Apply salt, sand, brine, and other approved de-icing materials
• Adjust application rates based on weather and surface conditions
• Follow environmental and safety guidelines when applying materials

Equipment Maintenance

• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Complete basic maintenance and cleaning of vehicles and equipment
• Load and organize materials needed for each shift
• Report equipment issues or repair needs promptly

Safety & Documentation

• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Participate in daily safety briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

What We're Looking For

Required

• Valid driver's license for plow truck and salt truck positions
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during active weather events

Preferred

• Experience operating snow removal equipment
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders, or similar machinery
• Experience with salting and de-icing operations
• High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions

This position is performed primarily outdoors and requires working in snow, ice, cold temperatures, wind, and other winter weather conditions. Operators may work overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on weather conditions. Extended hours are common during significant snow events.
