Striping Layout Specailist

The Striping Layout Specialist plays an essential role in ensuring safe and clearly marked roadways by executing road striping, sign installation, and thorough surface preparation. This position primarily supports projects across private parking lots, public streets, and industrial sites. The specialist works within a small team of 2-5 members and travels daily between local job sites, maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and traffic control measures to protect both workers and the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform road striping and marking on diverse surfaces
• Install traffic and safety signs in compliance with standards
• Prepare surfaces to ensure durability and quality of markings
• Follow safety protocols and site regulations rigorously
• Implement traffic control measures to safeguard workers and the public
• Travel locally between multiple project locations daily
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of all striping and signage work

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in road striping and signage
• Valid driver's license to support daily site travel
• Knowledge of road marking techniques and sign placement standards
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance

• Physical stamina for manual and outdoor work tasks
