Job Summary:

Pleasant View Center is seeking a dedicated and attentive Patient Safety Attendant to join our team. As a Patient Safety Attendant, you will provide continuous, one-to-one observation for residents in need of extra safety supervision. This is a non-clinical position that requires your undivided attention to ensure the resident's safety and well-being.

Job Description:

As a Patient Safety Attendant, you will be responsible for:

• Providing continuous, one-to-one observation for residents needing extra safety supervision

• Staying with the assigned resident for the full shift

• Immediately calling for the designated floor nurse/staff if anything happens

• Maintaining a simple observation log if required by the floor

• Maintaining a calm, reassuring presence with the resident

Requirements:

• 18 years or older

• Able to stay alert and attentive for a full shift

• No certification or clinical license needed
