Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and provide critical support to our families, staff, and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages accurately
- Provide helpful information to families about scheduling, intake, and billing
- Manage front desk sign-ins and notify staff of arrivals
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory
- Coordinate with the scheduling team on client absences or delays
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying
- Maintain positive relationships with staff, visitors, and external partners
- Ensure a smooth day-to-day flow and report any concerns to clinic leadership
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1–2 years of office experience (healthcare or therapy setting preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-first attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable interacting with children, families, and clinical teams
