Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and provide critical support to our families, staff, and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages accurately
  • Provide helpful information to families about scheduling, intake, and billing
  • Manage front desk sign-ins and notify staff of arrivals
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory
  • Coordinate with the scheduling team on client absences or delays
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying
  • Maintain positive relationships with staff, visitors, and external partners
  • Ensure a smooth day-to-day flow and report any concerns to clinic leadership

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1–2 years of office experience (healthcare or therapy setting preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-first attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable interacting with children, families, and clinical teams
