Trewon is seeking a JourneymanSoftware/Applications Developerto support our Federal Government client. Duties and Responsibilities: Journeyman Software/Applications Developer
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform
Configure custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and CRM security models
Develop CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics CRM SDK
Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business process automation
Develop and enhance custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related technologies
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and web services
Support SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries, and reporting support
Assist with data migration, system modernization, and application enhancement initiatives
Support automated notifications, workflow processes, and system-triggered business logic
Troubleshoot application issues, support production systems, and implement enhancements based on user and stakeholder needs
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and status updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software
Work Environment
This position can be supported remote hybrid, with occasional onsite, in-person working groups and/or meetings, with TDY to the Continental United States (CONUS) as required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. The core working hours are 9 AM – 3 PM Monday through Friday. Employees will take a mandatory meal break of a minimum of 30 minutes. Manager may grant variance depending on client (government or prime contractor) flow-down specifications, upon employer application.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of software development experience
Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies, and strong SQL Server experience (database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, reporting queries)
Experience integrating enterprise applications via REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML; experience supporting enterprise application modernization/enhancement initiatives in Agile/Scrum environments
Other skills:
Highly organized with strong task management skills and the ability to execute multiple simultaneous efforts
Demonstrated problem solving, organizational and time management skills
Experience in supporting Federal Government agencies, community-based organizations, or direct customer-facing projects
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients
Proven ability to perform effectively in demanding environments, giving close attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines
