Packaging & Quality Control Line Associate

Join Nexus Employment and step onto a fast-moving production line where your work keeps products flowing to customers across Northwest Indiana. From your first day, you’ll see how packaging, labeling, and quality checks come together to meet daily goals in a clean, safety-first environment. No prior experience? We’ll train you.

You arrive ready for your scheduled shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). You’ll rotate between packaging stations, label products for shipment, and perform simple inspections to make sure everything meets quality standards. You’ll lift and move light boxes, keep your workspace tidy, and lend a hand on warehouse or production projects as needed. Throughout the shift, you follow company procedures and good manufacturing practices to help the team hit daily production targetssafely and efficiently.

• Weekly pay
• Openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
• Pay Rate: $13.00 - $16.50
• No experience requiredwilling to train

• Package a variety of products on the production line
• Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met
• Apply labels to products and shipping cartons
• Lift and move light packages/boxes prior to shipment
• Meet daily production goals

• Assist with warehouse and production projects as assigned
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
