Join our team in Merrill, WI as a full-time fabrication expert building one-of-a-kind projects. You’ll work a steady 4-day week (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts) on a variety of custom jobs, using your MIG and flux-core skills to bring blueprints to life. A Day in the Shop
  • Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings to plan your work.
  • Lay out, fit, and assemble components with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform high-quality MIG and flux-core welds on custom builds.
  • Inspect your welds, identify discontinuities, and correct defects.
  • Partner with teammates to keep projects on schedule and within spec.
  • Work safely, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a clean, organized environment.
Schedule, Pay, and Location
  • Location: Merrill, WI
  • Shifts: 1st and 2nd available
  • Workweek: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4-day week)
  • Pay: $23–$28/hour, based on experience
  • Premiums & Incentives: $1.60/hour 2nd shift premium; production incentives including $2.00 Friday premium pay after 40 hours and double time after 50 hours
