What You'll Own

• Corporate accounting operations, reporting, and month-end close
• Oversight and development of Assistant Controllers and accounting teams
• Acquisition integrations, including process alignment and financial consolidation
• Process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, scalability, and controls
• Financial analysis and leadership reporting
• Internal controls, policies, and accounting governance
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, technology, and executive leadership

What We're Looking For

• Progressive accounting leadership experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller responsibilities
• Experience leading teams through growth, transformation, or organizational change
• Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting environments
• M& A integration experience highly desirable
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
