We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a growing organization in Houston, Texas. This contract position with potential for a long-term opportunity is ideal for someone who is energized by managing active hiring needs, creating order in a fast-moving setting, and partnering closely with stakeholders to attract strong talent. You will join an on-site environment and play a key role in advancing hiring efforts across multiple business areas. The right candidate brings strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for a large volume of open positions across the organization.
• Identify, engage, and evaluate candidates through proactive sourcing, resume review, and initial screening conversations.
• Balance competing hiring demands by organizing requisitions and aligning recruiting efforts with changing business priorities.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support both immediate openings and future workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, share candidate insights, and move searches forward efficiently.
• Contribute to a more structured recruiting function by improving workflows, refining processes, and supporting team efficiencies.
• Help bring consistency and organization to a rapidly evolving environment while maintaining strong service to internal stakeholders.
• Use applicant tracking systems and related tools to document activity, manage candidate progress, and maintain recruiting accuracy.• At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer-stage coordination.
• Demonstrated success handling high-volume hiring while managing multiple searches at the same time.
• Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and match talent to business needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiting teammates.
• Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or similar recruiting technology to manage workflows and candidate data.
• Background in corporate recruiting, with additional value placed on experience in construction, electrical, manufacturing, or related industries.
