Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will lead new product launches from concept through production in a manufacturing environment This role is responsible for developing scalable manufacturing processes, driving Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives, supporting product validation, and ensuring successful production readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from engineering release through production launch.
  • Review designs, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure manufacturability.
  • Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, BOMs, routings, and production documentation.
  • Coordinate prototype builds, pilot runs, validation testing, and product qualification activities.
  • Develop tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support DFM reviews and recommend design improvements that reduce cost and improve reliability.
  • Drive root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Quality teams on PFMEAs, Control Plans, FAI, and PPAP activities.
  • Support customer technical reviews, production transfers, and engineering change management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, NPI, or product engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of DFM, Lean Manufacturing, process development, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience creating manufacturing documentation including BOMs, work instructions, process flows, PFMEAs, and Control Plans.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and engineering change processes.
  • CAD experience (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred.
Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
