What You'll Make
- Hourly Rate: $22.25 – $22.50/hr base pay.
- Weekly Estimate: Earn $890 to $900+ per week before overtime.

Job Description
As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company, safely delivering smiles and packages to customers across the community.
- Safely operate a large delivery van and navigate routes using a handheld GPS device.
- Manage a daily schedule to ensure all packages are delivered promptly and accurately.
- Follow specific customer delivery instructions while keeping a steady, safe pace.
- Maintain an absolute focus on safety, obeying all traffic laws in all weather conditions.
?? Daily Responsibilities
- Arrive on time at 10:30 AM to load your van.
- Deliver packages safely using a provided GPS smartphone device.
- Drive defensively, follow instructions, and wrap up your route by 8:30 PM (or when the last package is dropped).
- Work independently on the road while keeping a safe, steady pace.
? Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days a Week, 10-Hour Shifts (Mandatory 1 weekend day)

Requirements
To join our team, you must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- License: Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Location: Must live within reliable commuting distance of the Mansfield, TX warehouse.
- Screenings: Must pass a standard background check, a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and a 4-panel drug screen.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift, bend, reach, and carry packages up to 50 lbs during shifts lasting up to 10–11 hours.
