Production Assistant

Looking for steady warehouse work and an opportunity to learn new skills?

We’re hiring a Warehouse Production Associate to join our production team. If you have experience with picking, packing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or general labor, this could be a great fit.

You’ll pick materials based on work orders, prepare items for production, load materials onto cutting equipment, and help with packing and other warehouse duties.

No extensive CNC experience? That’s okay! Candidates with warehouse and picking/packing experience who are comfortable learning production equipment are encouraged to apply.

• Pick and organize materials based on work orders
• Pull labels, buckles, logos, and other components needed for each order
• Pack and prepare finished products
• Load fabric rolls onto production cutting tables
• Help set up and operate CNC cutting equipment
• Make sure the correct materials are being used for each order
• Perform basic quality checks
• Assist with production, assembly, and general warehouse duties
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work with the team to complete daily orders on time

• IF you have done picking, packing, warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, assembly, or general labor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow work orders and instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable learning how to use production machinery
• Able to repeatedly lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
• Available for a 7:00 a.m. start time
• Flexible to work occasional overtime when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SANTA BARBARA, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
