What’s a typical day as Workforce Development Specialist 2? You’ll be:
- Monitoring and responding to Workforce Development shared mailbox inquiries during U.S. business hours, ensuring timely and professional customer communications.
- Researching and resolving customer requests using established procedures while escalating issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Analyzing mailbox inquiries and operational support activities to identify automation opportunities and developing AI-assisted solutions to improve service delivery.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in enterprise application support and customer service, particularly with ticketing systems and operational support models.
- Are familiar with learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms (LXP), with a focus on process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Possess knowledge of AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, OpenAI solutions, GennieLLM, and Mendix.
