JOB TITLE: Warehouse Operator - TEMP - Weekend Shift

3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT - POSSIBLE TEMP TO HIRE AFTER 3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT

WEEKEND MID SHIFT

Friday - Sunday 11:30am to 12:00am

This shift will move to a split Morning Shift and Graveyard shift once fully staffed

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Under the direction of the Paint Production Lead, independently perform powder coating applications while actively supporting all daily powder line operations, including masking, hanging, palletizing, and staging. Maintain equipment, documentation, and production flow in accordance with quality standards.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES:

Essential
  • Read in interpret customer blueprints to properly mask and plug customer identified features
  • Properly use diagnostic equipment to verify coating quality
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, which may include sanding, masking, and cleaning
  • Remove masking and plugs of production parts exiting the cure oven
  • Hang and remove production parts from chain line
  • Inspect painted products for quality and ensure they met specifications
  • Manage inventory of paint, coatings, and other supplies
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Execute routine housekeeping to maintain a clean and debris free environment
  • Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with supervisor, lead, and co-workers
  • Willing to work overtime when needed

  • Notify lead of any material or mechanical issues
  • Maintain the responsibilities of the ISO 9001 system in accordance with the requirements defined in the Quality Manual, and Procedure Level documentation

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must have normal vision (with or without corrective lenses) and hearing (with or without corrective hearing aids).

Working Environment: Shop environment. Moderate noise level. Exposure to dust, heat and cold.

This position will require drug testing per company policy.


Friday through Sunday 11:30am to 12:00am - Once fully staffed, we will split to a Morning shift and Graveyard shift
