Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: New Haven, CT area
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Engineering (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- At least 5 years' Maintenance experience with Food Processing and Packaging equipment.
- Hands-on to Troubleshoot and Repair: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic equipment.
- PLC Experience: electrical distribution, Conveyors and VFD controls in an industrial setting,
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical and pneumatic drawings, safety rules, operations manual, and written instructions.
- Knowledge of Welding & Fabricating, Plumbing, Carpentry, Building, Facilities and Grounds maintenance
- Maintain the CMMS: create and implement a Preventative Maintenance, Purchase Order, and Parts Management programs.
- Develop and maintain Vendor relationships and order materials and supplies as required.
- Supervise, train and mentor Maintenance Mechanics and Technicians.
