We are hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead and optimize the business engine behind Ashara. This role owns operations, pricing execution, workflows, marketing execution, and client experience.

This is a high-impact position for a systems-oriented operator who can bring structure, clarity, and consistent execution to a growing practice.

$90,000 - $110,000 yearly

• Manage daily MSO operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows

• Build, refine, and implement SOPs, operational systems, and internal processes

• Manage CRM, scheduling tools, and designated business systems

• Implement and maintain pricing across all service lines

• Coordinate execution of marketing initiatives including email, SMS, website, and social media campaigns

• Manage lead flow, follow-up systems, and conversion pathways

• Optimize the client journey by streamlining the non-clinical patient intake and experience from first touchpoint through retention

• Coordinate vendors and oversee non-clinical inventory

• Maintain MSO documentation and support compliance workflows

• Manage non-clinical inventory, vendors, and purchasing

• Develop and maintain B2B and strategic business relationships

• Coordinate operational compliance matters with legal/compliance advisors

• Lead operational projects and ensure timely execution

• Efficient, consistent, and predictable day-to-day operations

• Clear SOPs and accountable workflows

• Accurate margin-aligned pricing, inventory, and vendor management

• Improved conversion and retention

• Consistent marketing execution with measurable ROI

• A polished, premium client experience

• Strong lead follow-up and conversion processes

• Fewer operational bottlenecks and greater organizational accountability

• 5+ years of operations or business management experience

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or another service-based industry preferred

• Proven ability to build systems and SOPs from the ground up

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Experience with CRM and business platforms and data integrity practices

• Prior experience owning compliance documentation or working closely with compliance/legal functions

• Excellent organization, documentation, and project management skills

• High attention to detail and strong follow-through

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-growing environment
