Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:
Do you enjoy driving? Do you love cars? Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Valet / Service Support worker where you will work as Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our ONYX Automotive location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $17/hour)
- Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day – moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day’s business.
- Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned, to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, moving and staging vehicles.
- Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guest’s name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest.
- Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
- Pay $17/hour.
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday 7am-4pm and 9am-6pm with one week day off.
Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:
- A passion to deliver a great Customer experience.
- A clean driving record.
- Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions (driving forward, backing up, and turning).
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
- Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
- Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles, is preferred.
