Tollefson's Retail Group proudly operates furniture and flooring stores across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana. OurEveleth Slumberland location is looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team to continued success.

Helping customers create comfortable, welcoming homes is at the heart of everything we do. From stylish living room furniture to mattresses designed for a better night's sleep, we provide quality products backed by outstanding service. As Store Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience while building a high-performing, motivated team.

As the Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the store while creating an environment where employees and customers thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a successful sales & warehouse team
• Driving sales growth and achieving store performance goals
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Managing inventory and maintaining an organized, inviting showroom
• Building relationships within the local community to promote the business
• Creating a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture

We're seeking a leader who enjoys motivating others, solving challenges, and taking pride in achieving results.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Flexibility to work during retail operating hours
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, as driving is required for this role

This position offers a competitive base salary plus a performance-based incentive program.

• Estimated annual earnings: $65,000-$70,000
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn $10,000 or more above the estimated range through incentives tied to store and individual performance.
