Job Overview:

Pay Range: $20.97hr - $25.20hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Proven experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a training or educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of certificate training programs.
  • Manage participant registrations, facilitate trainings, and prepare training materials.
  • Ensure smooth logistical arrangements for training programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining training records, managing course evaluations, and preparing reports.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries from participants, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to communication from stakeholders.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of the office and training rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address any facility-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training participants, including contact details, attendance, and history.
  • Maintain the Learning Management System with scheduled courses.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all training-related data.
