Automotive Customer Service LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a
Customer Service Representative to join a lending and loan processing team with a well known organization in Albuquerque. This position is ideal for someone with customer service, lending, finance, automotive, banking, or loan-processing experience who is comfortable working with documentation and ensuring all required information is accurate and complete during the loan process. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and is paying up to $23/hjr DOE.
Responsibilities- Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the lending and loan-closing process
- Review, collect, and process documentation required for loan closings
- Work with documents such as MVD paperwork, GAP information, warranties, insurance binders, proof of income, and other lending-related documentation
- Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures
- Assist customers with questions regarding documentation and loan-processing requirements
- Enter and update customer and loan information accurately in internal systems
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to obtain missing or incomplete documentation
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records
- Follow established lending, documentation, and customer-service procedures
- Provide timely follow-up to ensure loans move efficiently through the processing and closing stages
Qualifications- Previous customer service, loan processing, lending, banking, automotive finance, or administrative experience
- Exposure to lending or loan-closing documentation is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with documents such as MVD forms, GAP, warranties, insurance binders, and proof of income is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable reviewing and processing a high volume of documentation
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, fully onsite in Albuquerque
