Dump Line Operator

Full Steam Staffing is hiring Dump Line Operators in Buttonwillow, CA! This position is responsible for safely operating and monitoring the dump line used in juice production. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Location: Buttonwillow, CA
• Shifts: 1st and 2nd
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

As a Dump Line Operator, you will operate and monitor equipment that receives and moves product through the production line. You will help maintain a steady flow of product while monitoring conveyors, deshelling equipment, and overall line performance.

• Safely operate and monitor the dump line and related equipment.
• Complete equipment and start-up checks before production.
• Monitor conveyors, desheller equipment, and product flow.
• Maintain a consistent and continuous flow of product.
• Monitor equipment for stoppages, overloads, unusual noises, vibration, or other issues.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
• Communicate production, equipment, and quality concerns to the appropriate team.
• Complete production, quality, downtime, and operational documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready work area.
• Follow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.
• Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams.
• Communicate important production updates during shift handoffs.
• Follow established procedures and report opportunities for improvement.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous production or equipment operating experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety instructions.
• Ability to monitor equipment and identify problems.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

This position may involve exposure to moving mechanical equipment, vibration, bright lighting, and cleaning chemicals. Proper safety procedures and PPE must be followed.
