Airfresh AC & Mechanical is seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Duct Installer to join our team full time. This role requires working both independently and within a small team, emphasizing quality duct fabrication and installation. Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install HVAC ductwork according to mechanical drawings
- Perform duct fabrication with attention to detail and quality
- Use hand tools and measuring devices to complete tasks accurately
- Work collaboratively within a small team to complete projects
- Follow proper safety techniques during installation and lifting
- Handle moderate lifting, carrying, and maneuvering of materials up to 50 pounds
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- 2+ years of duct fabrication experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Friendly, personable attitude with customer-focused approach
- Desire to exceed job requirements and contribute proactively
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver materials and equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certificate in HVAC or related field
