We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. This is an entry-level position that supports manufacturing operations through the operation of machinery, production equipment, and related processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, monitoring product quality, following established procedures, and contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate light-duty bench and floor-type machine tools and equipment, such as:
- Small lathes
- Power mills
- Extruding machines
- Drills and punch presses
- Power brakes
- Shears and saws
- Set up machinery and equipment as required for production operations.
- Make routine machine adjustments and perform basic maintenance activities.
- Inspect finished products using prescribed gauges, jigs, fixtures, and measuring equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards and close tolerances.
- Verify product quality using statistical process control and other quality control procedures.
- Report equipment malfunctions, abnormalities, or production issues to supervisors.
- Follow established operating procedures, safety guidelines, and production requirements.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Support assembly, machinery operation, processing, packaging, and distribution activities as needed.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product storage activities when required.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely in a production environment.
- Basic mathematical and measurement skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift within job requirements.
Schedule
- 1st shift: Monday through Thursday 6:00am to 3:00pm and Friday 6:00am to 10:00am
Benefits
