About the Role:

The Condominium Housekeeping Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within condominium properties. This position ensures that all housekeeping activities meet or exceed company and industry standards, contributing to an exceptional living experience for residents and guests. The inspector conducts thorough inspections of units and common areas, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. By collaborating closely with housekeeping staff and management, the inspector helps implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, this role supports the overall reputation and operational excellence of the condominium property through meticulous quality control and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably within the accommodation or property management industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards related to housekeeping.
• Effective communication skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a supervisory or inspection role within housekeeping or facilities management.
• Familiarity with condominium or multi-unit residential property operations.
• Certification in hospitality housekeeping or quality control.
• Proficiency with inspection software or digital reporting tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning practices and environmentally friendly products.

Responsibilities:
