• Monthly Bonus Program: Earn an additional $1.75 to $4.75+ per hour based on performance

As a Forklift Operator, you'll help ensure products are moved, loaded, and shipped safely and accurately while supporting daily warehouse operations.

• Safely operate forklifts and transport paper rolls throughout the facility
• Band finished units and verify load tags for accuracy
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Stage products for shipping and production needs
• Conduct visual quality inspections before shipment
• Verify truck counts and shipment accuracy
• Complete and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
• Read production schedules and prepare materials for upcoming production runs
• Follow all safety procedures and immediately report any concerns or incidents
• Complete required monthly safety training
• Maintain dependable attendance and strong work performance

• Previous forklift operating experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with production schedules and inventory movement

This is a Permanent position based out of Cottage Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
