School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Worcester, MA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as an SLPA or SLP
• Experience working with school-aged children, especially K-5
• Familiarity with developing and implementing therapy plans for diverse student needs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for helping children achieve communication milestones

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 25 elementary students
• Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs to design and implement individualized therapy
• Track, document, and report on student progress and session outcomes
• Support the creation of engaging age-appropriate materials and activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
