Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to work in a manufacturing environment in Urbana, Ohio. This position supports customers and internal operations for a manufacturer of custom tungsten carbide products used across a variety of industrial applications.
Job Duties
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and general account needs
- Communicate with customers regarding orders and product information
- Enter and maintain customer and order information
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer orders and requests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide professional and timely customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
