As a Senior Manufacturing Engineerwithin a fast-growing PCBA contract manufacturing environment, you’ll help shape how products are built, improve processes, and drive technical excellence across our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Lead manufacturing readiness reviews and communicate build strategies to crossfunctional teams.
  • Review customer drawings and documentation for manufacturability and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, work instructions, tooling requirements, and process documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput.
  • Analyze quality issues, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Specify, evaluate, and justify equipment, fixtures, and special processes for production.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing, test engineering, and production teams.
Qualifications of theSenior Manufacturing Engineer:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) preferred
  • 7–10 years of experience in PCBA, cable assembly, or electromechanical manufacturing.required
  • Experience in contract manufacturing, preferably supporting military/aerospace customers.
  • Strong knowledge of IPCA610 and JSTD001 standards required
  • Handson experience with Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools and MES systems (Aegis preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and lead crossfunctional technical initiatives.
