General Manager

At More Better, located in the charming town of Round Hill, VA, we’re looking for a General Manager to take the helm and help us continue to grow and thrive. As the General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leads FOH Operations

- Handles Hiring, Training, Scheduling

- Keeps Service Consistent

- Manages Ordering, Inventory, and Vendors

- Prioritizes Guest Experience, Cleanliness, and A Helathy Work Culture

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership position.
• Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving shared goals.
• Organizational Skills: A talent for managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with team members and customers alike.
• Problem-Solving Ability: A resourceful mindset to tackle challenges and implement effective solutions.
