Full Steam Staffing is hiring a Formulator in Kerman, CA. The Formulator is responsible for preparing and blending products according to established formulas, recipes, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Location: Kerman, CA

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 4/10 Schedule

• Follow formulas, recipes, and production instructions accurately.
• Measure, weigh, and combine ingredients according to specifications.
• Operate and monitor production and mixing equipment.
• Ensure products are prepared consistently and meet quality standards.
• Perform quality checks throughout the formulation process.
• Maintain accurate production and batch records.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Communicate any equipment, product, or quality issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, formulation, or a related environment is preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and follow written formulas and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Must be able to follow all safety and sanitation requirements.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

1st Shift – 4/10 Schedule

$19.00 per hour
