As a RN Supervisor at York Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in leading our team of dedicated caregivers and medical professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct regular rounding on patients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for improvement
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff members to promote professional growth and development
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Maintain accurate records and reports, and adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards
