AP Accountant

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of accounts payable/accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience reconciling credit card and vendor statements and following up on missing receipts/invoices until resolved.
- Hands-on experience with 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) and full-cycle accounts payable processing.
- Comfortable building process and documentation where none currently exists.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with complex AP/ERP systems.
- Experience setting up or improving AP procedures/SOPs from scratch.
- Experience in a manufacturing or hardware environment with an active receiving/warehouse function.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an A/P Accountant to take hands-on ownership of accounts payable in a fast-moving manufacturing startup. This person will work closely with procurement and receiving in order to monitor invoices, track company credit cards, manage vendor relationships and more!
