Position Type: Part-Time (~30 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 / hour (depending on experience)

As our Company Courier, you won't just be drivingyou’ll be the face of our brand. Everyone loves receiving flowers, meaning you'll be greeted with smiles at every stop.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Joy: Safely and efficiently transport flower arrangements directly to our customers throughout the Boca Raton area, providing exceptional, customer-focused service.
  • Handle Logistics: Perform other essential company van tasks, including picking up flowers and supplies between vendors and our store location.
  • Navigate with Tech: Utilize delivery routing software (experience with Onfleet is a huge plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!).

Schedule:

  • Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week.
  • Shift Times:
    • Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

  • Age & Licensing: Must be 25 years of age or older with a current driver’s license and a 100% clean driving record (required for our company vehicle insurance).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and fully fluent in English, as you will interface directly with our recipients.
  • Physical Fitness & Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, climb ladders, and move large shipments of supplies.
  • Adaptability & Urgency: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment, working with a sense of urgency, and adapting to changing demands across various seasons and peak holidays.
