Staff Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Unit to join a rural hospital in Vinita, OK. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive clinical environment, competitive compensation, $10,000 relocation assistance for qualified candidates, and the opportunity to provide patient-centered care in a community hospital setting.

Schedule: Full-Time | Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | 3 12-hour shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma RN License or Multistate RN License.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with a nursing diploma or degree.
• Up to 6 months of related experience accepted.
• Knowledge of general disease-state management, biopsychosocial care, and clinical pathways.
• Strong patient assessment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Must be flexible with scheduling in a rural hospital environment.

Compensation: Starting at $33.15/hour
Relocation: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates relocating from 71+ miles
