Job Description

Provide hands-on project and program management support for Product Security Office initiatives, including the portfolio migration from classical cryptographic implementations to post-quantum cryptographic (PQC) algorithms. Partner with program owners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic, technical, and business objectives into executable plans. Coordinate implementation activities, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and track progress against defined milestones and deliverables. Drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, communications, enablement, and adoption activities to achieve successful implementation and long-term outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans defining scope, deliverables, milestones, activities, owners, dependencies, assumptions, and target dates.
• Translate program objectives and regulatory or business requirements into project workstreams, tasks, and checkpoints.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across business, technical, operational, and legal teams.
• Monitor progress and drive timely completion of actions and deliverables; manage scope, schedule, and priority changes with clear documentation.
• Prepare and maintain core artifacts including schedules, WBS, milestone plans, action logs, and delivery checklists.
• Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and decisions; maintain accurate RAID and decision logs.
• Define mitigation actions with accountable owners and recommend recovery or sequencing options based on impact analysis.
• Escalate matters requiring leadership action with concise context, options, and recommendations.
• Establish working cadences for coordination, milestone reviews, issue resolution, and decision-making; facilitate meetings with clear agendas and actions.
• Coordinate inputs and handoffs to prevent gaps, duplication, or delays; provide timely follow-up to action owners.
• Support program owners by organizing information, preparing decision materials, and translating direction into assigned work.
• Produce executive-ready status updates covering progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and support needs.
• Develop dashboards or trackers that provide reliable visibility into delivery health and completion status with validated inputs.
• Coordinate implementation and readiness activities to move deliverables into use; support communications and enablement for rollout.
• Capture lessons learned and transition completed deliverables and ownership to appropriate stakeholders.
• Develop and execute adoption, engagement, communications, and enablement activities for PQC migration and other priorities.
• Identify audiences, needs, adoption barriers, and opportunities to increase awareness, readiness, utilization, and business impact.
• Partner with service and program owners to define adoption outcomes, measures, feedback loops, and improvement actions.
• Synthesize stakeholder feedback and recommend actions that strengthen sustainability and program value.
• Apply delivery and engagement expertise across Product Security Office initiatives; develop reusable frameworks and practices that scale.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• First level university degree or 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven leadership of complex cross-functional technology, cybersecurity, compliance, transformation, infrastructure, or enterprise initiatives from planning through execution.
• In-depth understanding of project and program management methodologies, governance practices, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to translate complex technical, business, or regulatory requirements into actionable plans, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments.
• Strong experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience working with senior leaders, business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
• Experience developing implementation, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities to support delivery.
• Understanding of service management principles including KPIs, SLAs, performance measurement, and operational effectiveness.
• Ability to operate within technical domains while coordinating technical experts and stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (or on the certification path).
• Experience supporting cryptographic implementations and standards, including modernization or post-quantum cryptography initiatives.
• High-level understanding of cybersecurity, cryptography, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in large, global enterprise environments and with product security or regulatory compliance programs.
• Experience scaling adoption of services, capabilities, or organizational initiatives across multiple business units or product organizations.
