Warehouse Associate
Location:Bernville, PA 19506
2nd Shift Schedule:Monday thru Friday 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM (Potential OT)
Pay Cycle: Paid on a Weekly Basis
Duration:1 year Contract (Onsite)

Position Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily logistics and warehouse operations. This role involves performing a variety of warehouse duties, including picking, shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, and general warehouse maintenance. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Picking & Replenishment
- Order picking and repack picking
- Picking/replenishment runner duties
- Repack stocking and replenishment
- Component sorting
Shipping
- Small parcel shipping
- LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping
- Pallet building and preparation
- Loading shipments using pallet jacks or sit-down forklifts
Receiving
- Unloading incoming shipments using pallet jacks or sit-down forklifts
- Receiving and processing materials
Inventory & Stock Control
- Cycle counting
- Stocking and replenishment activities
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels
Facility Support
- General warehouse maintenance
- Battery changes and operation of powered equipment (non-technical maintenance)
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to established safety standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a busy warehouse environment that may be noisy at times
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to perform physically demanding warehouse work safely
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or transportation environment is preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Little to no prior experience required
