Warehouse Material Handler
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Material Handler for a company based in Largo, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such asload and unload,move the orders off the wooden palletsor move wooden pallets directly to shippingarewhen necessaryand other related duties.
Pay Rate
$16.00per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
1st shift:Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
2nd shift:Monday to Friday3:30pm to12:00am
Warehouse Material HandlerDuties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks (by hand)
- Inspect product quantities and colors of items brought for order verification.
- Identifies orders on verified pallets and brings them to the Production Floor.
- Maintains pallet flow of orders to production floor.
- Move wooden pallets to shippingareasusing pallet jacks.
- Use scanner device to properly set orders in the correct location systematically.
Warehouse Material HandlerQualificationsandRequirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of recent warehouse experience
- Able to work infast-paced warehouseenvironment– high heat and cold temperatures.
- Ability to operate an electric pallet jackand manual pallet jack
- Able to lift50lbs repetitively(lifting test will be provided)
