What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day personal care and support to residents (bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, etc.)
• Help residents build independence and life skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene, social skills)
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and a positive presence throughout the day
• Support residents in community activities, appointments, and outings
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Document care and progress according to state requirements

Schedule:

• Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Full-time and part-time positions open

What We're Looking For:

• A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license
