What you’ll own
- Daily field coordination and subcontractor sequencing
- Safety enforcement and adherence to regulations
- Schedule tracking, milestone verification, and budget awareness
- Stakeholder communication and jobsite meetings
- Routine inspections for quality and progress
- Issue resolution and escalation when needed
- Project documentation: daily logs, photos, and reports
What sets you up for success
- Demonstrated superintendent (or similar) experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes
- Confident leadership with clear, timely communication
- Handson proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in construction management or similar preferred
- OSHA and First Aid certifications are a plus
- Background with data center work is a plus
