Your Responsibilities:

• Leverage pre-qualified leads to build and sustain a portfolio of clients.
• Travel within your designated area to perform on-site home inspections.
• Identify and explain the home issues to homeowners, presenting various solutions.
• Prepared and presented repair estimates and detailed job proposals to homeowners.
• Successfully close new agreements from consultations.
• Foster ongoing customer relationships while monitoring and expanding your sales pipeline with new prospects.

Job Type:

• Full-time - Full Commission after Training Period

Pay:

• $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Avg.
• On boarding Base and Training
• Bonus opportunities
• Uncapped commission
• Profit sharing

• Company vehicle and gas card allowance eligibility

Schedule:

• Typically, 8-10 hour days, 3-4 Field days, and one office day
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability as needed

• On the road
• Home Office Remote, Company Main office or flex office
