We are hiring Millwork & Casework Installers, Leadmen, Foremen, and Apprentices/Helpers to join a growing team serving Houston, Katy, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas.

If you have experience with commercial millwork, casework, laboratory casework, cabinetry, or similar installation, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in their work, care about quality, and enjoy working as part of a team.

PAY

$24.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and qualifications.

Experienced candidates with strong leadership and installation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

FOREMAN

Experienced leadership candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily project activities and assist the Project Manager with project execution.
  • Serve as the primary jobsite contact for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate installers and daily manpower.
  • Attend jobsite meetings and communicate with project managers, contractors, and installation personnel.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and help enforce jobsite safety requirements.
  • Complete JSA, safety, daily, delay, and change documentation.
  • Prepare material lists and help coordinate project needs.
  • Train and support installation personnel.
  • Help maintain project schedules, labor hours, and installation budgets.

Requirements:

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Basic Plus certification required.
  • TWIC Card required.
  • Strong millwork/casework or commercial installation experience.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Experience with construction software preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to enforce safety procedures and company standards.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project locations.

LEADMAN – LEVEL 1

Experienced Lead Installer / Crew Leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Foreman with daily project operations.
  • Lead installers and assign daily tasks.
  • Manage projects when the Foreman is unavailable.
  • Attend jobsite meetings as needed.
  • Monitor installation quality and productivity.
  • Complete safety, JHA, and daily reports.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and help enforce safety procedures.
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule.

Requirements:

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Basic Plus certification required.
  • TWIC Card required.
  • Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • Construction software experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

LEADMAN – LEVEL 2

Experienced Installer Ready for More Responsibility

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project coordination and daily installation activities.
  • Help supervise installation personnel.
  • Assist with quality control and ensure installation standards are met.
  • Help train less-experienced installers.
  • Complete required safety and daily documentation.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Requirements:

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Basic Plus certification preferred.
  • Approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to understand architectural drawings.
  • Construction software experience preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

INSTALLER – LEVEL 1

Skilled Millwork & Casework Installer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality millwork, casework, and laboratory casework installations.
  • Work independently while supporting the Leadman and Foreman.
  • Assist with training less-experienced installers.
  • Communicate effectively with the installation team.
  • Follow project specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.
  • Help maintain quality and productivity on the jobsite.

Requirements:

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Basic Plus certification preferred.
  • Approximately 2–4 years of relevant installation experience.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

INSTALLER – LEVEL 2

Experienced Installer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform millwork and casework installation according to project specifications.
  • Assist with training helpers and less-experienced team members.
  • Support Leadmen and Foremen with project installation.
  • Maintain quality workmanship and follow all safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • OSHA 10 certification required.
  • Approximately 2–4 years of installation experience.
  • Basic understanding of architectural drawings.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

APPRENTICE / HELPER

Start Building Your Installation Career

Responsibilities:

  • Assist installers and lead personnel with daily project tasks.
  • Learn proper millwork and casework installation techniques.
  • Follow directions and company safety procedures.
  • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized jobsite.
  • Travel to various project locations as required.

Requirements:

  • OSHA 10 certification required.
  • Approximately 1–2 years of helper experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
