JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking motivated and dependable Order Pickers to join its Carol Stream distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining the highest safety and productivity standards. Candidates should be comfortable operating warehouse equipment, standing for extended periods, and performing physical labor throughout the shift.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•High school diploma or equivalent
•3+ years of warehouse order picking experience (not looking for 30 year seasoned warehouse candidates)
•Experience operating stand-up warehouse equipment such as order pickers, cherry pickers, or reach trucks
•Ability to lift 50-70 pounds regularly
•Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout a 10-12 hour shift
•Positive attitude and strong work ethic
