About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Resort Maintenance Technician to join our full-time team on the sunny south end of Myrtle Beach! If you take pride in keeping a property looking sharp, enjoy a dynamic workplace where no two days are the same, and want a stable role with a supportive team, this is the spot for you.
As our go-to technician, you’ll keep our resort grounds, amenities, and guest rooms running smoothly, ensuring an exceptional experience for everyone on the property. We are not looking for a contract worker, we are looking for someone to join our company as a full-time team member.
What You'll Do
Perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across resort buildings, equipment, and guest fixtures.
Handle light drywall repairs, finishing, painting, basic electrical fixes, and light plumbing work.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of resort roofs, HVAC equipment, and pool/deck areas.
Service and maintain landscaping tools, while assisting with the loading and unloading of materials.
Keep the maintenance shop organized, clean, and stocked, while proactively identifying and fixing safety hazards property-wide.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of general maintenance experienceresort, hotel, or hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
Basic hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safe power tool operation.
Strong time management skills, solid communication, and the ability to multitask and prioritize on the fly.
A team-first mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
