About the Role:

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. You will engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing recommendations to enhance their visit. This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive motions, as well as the ability to lift and carry heavy items safely. Ultimately, your contribution will support the establishment’s reputation for fine dining and outstanding guest service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to work standing for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy items safely, such as kegs and boxes of supplies.
• Strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience.
• Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume service periods.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils.
• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, taking orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with other team members to support smooth operations during busy periods.
• Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to promote a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
