Financial Analyst

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organization in the Schenectady area to hire a Financial Analyst for a direct-hire opportunity. This hybrid role is a great fit for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis while working closely with finance leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

-Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities

-Analyze financial data and help identify trends and variances

-Prepare recurring reports and support ad hoc analysis projects

-Partner with operational teams to gather and interpret financial information

-Maintain financial data and reporting tools to support business decision-making

Salary Range: $50,000 - $68,000

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

-Business internship, accounting, or financial analysis experience strongly preferred

-Strong Excel and analytical skills

-Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
