Shift: 1st or 2nd shift

1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Logistics Technician to join our team on 1st or 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in stockroom operations, inventory control, and ERP transaction processing, and a proven ability to maintain accurate lot-traceable inventory while supporting production and shipping activities.

Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock balances across multiple stockrooms with lot traceability.
  • Issue, receive, and return parts, including kit issues, shop floor issues, shortages, and receipts from shop and Receiving Inspection.
  • Execute inter-stock transfers, spares shipments, and error corrections using required transaction screens.
  • Verify cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy in a real-time system.
  • Interface with Program Analysts, Engineers, Dispatch, Model Shop Expediters, Receiving Inspection, Assembly, and Test personnel.
  • Train new employees on stockroom procedures and system transactions as assigned.
  • Follow proper packaging and handling techniques to prevent part damage and personal injury, including ESD handling requirements.
  • Identify and escalate deviations from standards such as cure dates, packaging, and material handling; sign Certification Sheets for spare parts as required.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks to keep stockrooms neat, consolidate inventory, and maintain supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with inventory control and stockroom operations in a real-time ERP or inventory system using multiple transaction screens.
  • High accuracy with data entry and keyboard use, with focus on lot tracking and traceability.
  • Knowledge of receiving, issuing, returns, transfers, and shipment processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate status and discrepancies clearly.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs with safe handling practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ESD training and handling procedures.
  • Experience training peers or new hires on inventory systems and processes.
