Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.45/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Shipping Associate to join our team in Ashland, VA. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are properly staged, palletized, labeled, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and assisting with loading and unloading trucks.
Responsibilities
- Stage materials for shipment in designated areas.
- Palletize products and prepare orders for transportation.
- Band and secure shipments to ensure safe delivery.
- Apply shipping labels and verify documentation accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the shipping area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma / GED
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
