About the Role: Mount Zion LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA! Responsibilities:- Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff
- Coordinate employee schedules and client coverage
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and personnel records
- Maintain accurate client and employee documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, staff, and Regional Center representatives
- Support payroll preparation, billing, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Respond promptly and professionally to urgent staffing or client-related matters
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies
Requirements:- 2+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and capable of handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of office management or related supervisory experience
- Experience with Supported Living Services, healthcare, or developmental disability services
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with employee scheduling and administrative compliance
