What you’ll do
- Pick customer orders using an RF scanner and on-screen prompts.
- Scan barcodes and confirm quantities to ensure order integrity.
- Stage items for the next step in the shipping workflow.
- Maintain a neat, organized work area and follow company policies and safety standards.
- Hit department accuracy and productivity benchmarks consistently.
- Flag inventory variances, product damage, or device problems to a supervisor.
- Pitch in on other warehouse responsibilities as needed.
What you bring
- Warehouse or order selection experience preferred.
- Direct experience with RF scanners is required.
- Ability to excel in a fast-moving warehouse setting.
- Comfort standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Self-directed with strong follow-through on instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Consistent performance meeting productivity and quality goals.
Schedule
- Full-time; schedule and shift to be determined based on business needs.
- 4:00 AM-12:45 PM Monday-Friday OT Mandatory
